BR Contractors

I rented an apartment from Brian Ross next door to his business in September 2021 and within the first week of living there I was covered in hundreds of flea bites and had mice running throughout the house. His workers told me it was a problem before I moved in but Brian denied it and said it was my problem. I have lost everything and nearly had my children taken from me due to their flea bites and the unhealthy apartment. Be very careful when dealing with Brian he is cheap and greedy.

BR contractors were the worst building company to deal with. Firstly they quoted me between $800 and $1000 for a job... then promised to come on several days, where I had to take time off work, but they never showed. Didnt even bother to call me and let me know. Instead i had to call several times and the lady finally told me that they were working on bigger jobs elsewhere....well thanks for the time wasting and heads up. Then 5 months later they show up and did a horrible job of adding a window with heaps of spaces in between that I could literally see through it (and I'm not talking about the window itself, it was the frame), and NOW, they send me a bill for over $1800 (after quoting me between $800-$1000 before) with no explanations. And now they don't even answer my calls. I am not surprised. The excuses I've got about the window install Itself were hilarious. I cant wait to hear them talk themselves out of this one.
