Quick response and friendly the first time but the price is double for asbestos tests compared with others. When we asked for the floor test after we got the report, there was no response at all. Totally different before and after you made the payment. Tried to call again and sent through some photos, finally got a response and said it might contain asbestos. However, the report mentioned no asbestos interior. Don't know how to trust them, not very professionally.

Rick was awesome! He did a thorough inspection of the property that we wanted to put an offer on and under the 'GOLD' construct brought to our notice missing consent information of the retaining wall in the council documents. That finding let us to do more digging with the council and eventually had the council amend the LIM with the additional findings. Rick has also been very approachable pre and post the process and has never hesitated to answer any questions or attend to phone calls where required. I would strongly recommend Rick from NZ Housing Surveys for any building inspection related work. Well done Rick and thank you very much for all the help and guidance provided to us during this stressful period :)
