        Felt very unwelcome as staff were chatting at the counter and didnt acknowledge anyone. I asked for an item in another size and she didnt bother to look for it and said we dont have the item just because she wanted to get back to talking to her colleague. Horrible experience.

        I had the best experience last Thursday night at cotton on in queensgate mall. The lady was so kind and extremely helpful with finding the products I needed. She knew a lot about the products and she was so friendly. We had the best conversation. Very good experience.
