The business is ran by dishonest people - their truck damaged my friend's parked(!) car and the owner of the business just said it was her own fault. Luckily it all was resolved later via the police/court. Wouldn't trust them my parcels.

Very dishonest business - they hit my car during delivery and refused to admit it for a couple of months until we asked the police and court to intervene. That's not how a normal Kiwi company would behave
