        Superrrrr slowwww, rediculus. It's not efficient at all, I'm wondering how many customer they are going through each day with this speed. Already 45 mins waiting and no change in the queue

        Converted GBP to NZD. 7% lower exchange rate than in a bank, which was OK for the 115GBP I was converting as the company has to pay their staff.

        service is extremely slow, for a simple 30 second currency swap i was waiting 20 minutes, only two people lined up in front of me (including one being served). i got through the borders of both australia and new zealand in less than 10 minutes and the queues at both places where 20 deep. get some extra staff will yous?

        Always have troubles sending money or changing moneys. ( only that one worker ) that work on Sunday. She always ask for your name and detail again and angina
