Ian arrived without announcement which set the dogs off (I had checked to ensure he was dog friendly - he wasn't). The work he did was substandard and patchy. He used our gardening tools (which I said he could do) and then he left them scattered throughout the garden. The work was to be done in two stages and I paid half for his first visit - not worth what I paid for. I cancelled the rest of the work. His reasons for the poor work was his son having gone to hospital, which I fully understand. However when you are running what you portray as a professional business and you are charging for your professional services, then you are either fit and capable of doing the work on the day or you are not. If not, don't turn up and do poor quality work. I would not recommend Ian, his website looks good, he is not worth the trouble. Addition: Ian may dispute this here however, he acknowledged his failings when he replied to my email telling him why I didn't want him to come back. Service: Weed control
