Terrible!!! The clean was shocking after $500 for a 60m2 house you would have thought it would be sparkling but they hadnt even wiped the bench or cleaned the toilet. After having an argument with the manager he reluctantly sent cleaners back to re do the job which still was terrible. I would not recommend to anyone. Complete waste of money!

Initial contact with these guys was great! We called them because another company we had booked didn't show up for our booking leaving us in a panic to get another cleaner sorted. They came around on very short notice quoted and had a crew at our house late afternoon to start the clean. The cleaning crew were fantastic, polite, friendly and worked their butts off until about 9pm cleaning our house - we were very grateful for their efforts. The house clean was great. Unfortunatley, the owners of the house we moved out of were not happy with the carpet clean in particular and when we tried to get this sorted the relationship turned sour. I had to chase them constantly and after 3 weks of chasing - they simply refused to help or sort the issue stating that I had signed a satisfaction form and their company policy was not able to discuss any disputes once that form is signed. I was happy with their service and the clean was great - but it was soured by a refusal to sort out an issue.
