Full credit to the Powercore team for honoring thier 10 year guarantee. After two years, my chair developed a fault. Stuart replaced it without blame, interogation or fuss. Overall, very happy with my desk & chair package at home.

Stuart has been very easy to deal with, he helped with the shipping company after they insisted the address was rural. The Powercore Plus is a very good desk, the key thing of note is that for a 970$ it had a single piece top with no tooling or markings on either side, so you have to carefully measure and place the feet/legs/frame on the desk, after some trial and error 7cm from each edge. Seemed to be the most stable configuration. For a desk of this price proper tooling would be expected so less trial and error. Adding screw holes and routing channels would help. 5/5 for communication, and service. Desk 4/5 for above reasons

I purchased the Powercore plus (frame only). Installation was fairly straight forward, with clear instructions. Just need to put all the things together, then drill into the desk top. Post install, I was pleased to find that the desk itself is stable, even at maximum heights. I would definitely recommend for those looking for a premium standing desk. The motors are powerful enough, the desk does not take that long at all to move from sitting to standing. The collision detection also works nicely, and has already saved me.
