        Took my screen protector off in less than 24 hours. Was assured it would work with my underscreen protector. This wound up not being true.

        Did a bad job replacing a screen - it cracked again in front of our eyes while sitting on a table the next day. They were unwilling to take responsibility, said we obviously dropped something on it (we did not) and would not refund or fix the bad job they did

        Got quoted $180 for a battery replacement, drove over from porirua and then was told that it was a different model to the one i told the guy on the phone which was straight off the back of my laptop and would have to pay an extra $80 after i arrived, wasted half a day in lowerhutt
