Fabulous service throughout and a top notch job completed. The assessor Tom responded within 24 hours when I asked for a quote. Maurice and Lucas worked incredibly hard on my roof and went the extra mile by cleaning the windows that were affected by the job. They were always cheerful and enjoyable to have working on the roof...And the job is guaranteed for 15 years. I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

Those that are leaving 5 star reviews should probably get an independent inspector to check their roofs as they will probably be shocked and appalled. They painted our roof more than a year ago. It was badly prepped and painted in the winter so it flaked and bubbled horrifically. The painted straight over huge sections of rust. They also introduced more leaks. They said they would re-waterblast it and re-paint it. More than a year later, it is winter again and we have a stripped back roof but no paint and no communication from Topkat.
