        Its been about time i do a review since ive been going to Kristina for about 3 or 4 months now. I am doing weightlifting fitness for over a year now and noticed my posture and my upper back muscles were very tight all throughout. EXCELLENT massage every time again and again! Yes it hurts like hell but it really works!! Since i went to her ive been improving in my anterior posture and my overhead reach through my back muscles. She always seems to find spots that i didnt even knew were sore or needed help. Her knowledge is extraordinary and she is always very understanding and takes her time for you which i think is really important. She also doesnt shy away to make a plan with you and review videos. Nothing but good words about EMR wellbeing and especially Kristina, i would love to continue going here forever and improve my wellbeing
