Brinkles Cake Art Tom is the best cake baker! We booked a taste testing with my family to try out the different flavors he offered. It was hard to choose!! He made our Wedding cake a few years ago and i was surprised at how beautifully made it was, Our guests really enjoyed it too! He is amazing, friendly and professional in his work, and also makes tasty favor cookies individually wrapped for weddings/parties. We recently purchased beautiful sugar flowers from him (the second time)and he never disappoints! They look like real flowers and its a bonus they are edible too. Ever since he made our Wedding cake we have continued to order cakes from him ever since. We wouldnt recommend anyone better. Thank you so much Tom!! Your talent is amazing!! We will order from you again soon.

Thank you soo much Tom, Your cakes a wonderfully made with lots of beautiful tasty flavour combinations. We had a 3tier cake, different tier had a different cake flavor and chocolate ganache cream in the layers! DEVINE!! He is very professional and we highly recommend him for any special occasion cause every occasion needs CAKE !! AAA++++++

Tom was lovely to work with, he put a lot of care into making sure he understood what we were asking for our wedding cake. The sugar flowers he made based off pictures we provided turned out amazing and the cake was delicious! There was plenty of cake for guests, enough for people to have more than one slice.

We had such a great experience doing business with Tom. Communication was topnotch. Tom and his team did a wonderful job creating our wedding marble cake. It looked amazing and tasted great. I would highly recommend Brinkel's for your cakes :)
