My car was badly damaged while stationary in a village car park. Ally shepherded me through the repairs needed and liaised with the insurer. He immediately wiped off the other driver's paint! - so the car looked more civilized, while we waited for parts. His manner, and the speed with which repairs were done, was very much appreciated. I have recently purchased a car which I've picked up bad paint repairs done previously. Visited a couple of places and most said the concerns are things I just have to accept, or complete respray had to be done. I was referred to McMillan P&P, where Ally listened and understood my concerns, gave me cost effective options and quoted me within good timeframe. I have booked my spot with them and will certainly do another review or update when repaired. This far, I can highly recommend.
