        Called to request an electrician at 3.15pm as we had no hot water, and the lady on the phone advised she will try to see if there was anyone available. I thought I was awaiting a call back however 15minutes later one of the tradies was already onsite and found the fault to be the element which was changed over in about 30-40 minutes. Needles to say I was very happy with the fast and efficient service.
