We used his service twice now, and both reports are just so comprehensive and helpful, also including heaps of tips for regular maintenance. If we ever need a building inspection again he will be first to turn to.

Couldn't have selected a better company! Ian went above & beyond to accommodate our time line for the inspection of the house we wanted to purchase. This was because we had to bring it forward early in order to have it ready as the vendors had brought their timeline forward. The report was fully comprehensive with photos and easily made our decision to purchase because of it. And yes we were successful! We would totally recommend to anyone to use Ian & his company.

What can i say. Ian Hall did a report for me which has left me with a leaky home to be demolished 6 months after purchase. I am $400000 out of pocket. Has been sued previously by my lawyer for another purchaser with the same problem last year. Beware.
