        Have always felt very looked after here, no matter which Doctor I've seen. Big ups to Dr Solomon this week sorting out my special authority, thought it would take weeks and she had it done in 24 hours. Saves a lot of stress knowing I can rely on them to do what they say they are going to.

        Have been patient since 2021. My online payment somehow "disappeared" and its been 2 months since im trying to sort it out, emailing proofs of payment 2x, getting charged late payment fees for that as well. Going to find a different clinic, doctors are nice but the reception seems to be confused all the time.

        Friendly staff, good doctors. Usually there's a week wait for an appointment. No issues with the urgent/emergency care I've received myself, they always manage to fit me in, and wait times are reasonable, etc. There were issues with young children/babies being seen for urgent/emergency care. However, the practice manager called me when I complained, after an incident with my daughter, and said that they will be changing their process on how they triage patients going forward. Since then there have been no issues.
