Great personal service but it's a mystery why they have so few models of glasses to choose from. They have lots of empty space with a single small area for their range of glasses.

Unfortunately, I sat onto my expensive, corrected sunglasses, so that the side bridge of the glasses frame was badly bent. First, I went to the OPSM in Paraparaumu, where the optician shook her head and made me clear - there's nothing left to do here. But, I did not want to give up yet, drove to Waikanae to the WaikanEYE Optometrists, where a friendly lady confirmed to me that the optician will do his/hers best. Therefore, I left the glasses there and - hoped. Oh yes, it was my lucky day! The optician could actually adjust the frame without breaking it and the sunglasses looks like new again! What I particularly appreciate - apart from his/hers first-class, professional quality and the excellent service: He/she took the risk - and made it! Thank you very much.
