    Anjas yoga classes are absolutely fabulous. My body, mind and soul always feels relaxed, rejuvenated and refreshed by the end of the session. Anjas energy and kind nature makes everyone feel very welcomed, no matter what level youre at :)

    I have benefitted enormously from the Bowen Therapy I have received from Anja at Time Out Project over the last year. I suffer periodically from muscular / vascular soreness in the neck, shoulders and arms, yet usually find that after 1 session with Anja and a good night's sleep I feel at least 3 times better than before I arrived! On the subject of sleep - nothing knocks me out more than one of Anja's Bowen sessions. It's not unknown for me to enjoy a 15-hour restful overnight sleep after a relaxing treatment! Highly recommend!
