        Decent sized function hall for birthday parties! Except it didn't seem to have wheelchair access. Otherwise it was a good one

        Beautiful for what it is, photos of the majestic lady Bilderbeck and Crown respectively. Looks small but houses a good crowd Piano needs some love, kitchen is practical, bathrooms are great condition, heat pump keeps it very warm and the grounds are quite interesting
