Positives: Staff were helpful and caring. Affordable packages. Excellent Service. Negatives: 1/ More lighting is needed in the Chapel area(fix light fixtures). 2/ Ceiling repairs inside venue requires immediate attention.

Staff were kind and caring venue very nice with good parking. The only reasons I give them less than 5 stars is the sound system is very poor, and some of the fonts on the invoices are too small to read (used a magnifying glass)

Absolutely fantastic. Beautiful people that are very easy to deal with in a difficult and foreign situation. All the staff were amazing, but Maui was next level of awesomeness! Thank you, words don't seem enough. So grateful we chose Haven Falls.

Shocking. As if forgetting to play one of the songs listed for the service wasn't bad enough, not muting the microphone in the office was like something out of Fawlty Towers having background conversations and paper shuffling competing with Anthony's delivery of the service. Haven Falls, you owe Anthony an apology (a tangible one). Friday 16th September 2022.
