Always incredible service from the team here, always a good korero with Alice, and wanted to highlight some great mahi from Jason over the past couple of days, who went out of his way to monitor and snap up an earlier available appointment when it became viable, was really helpful as always so I'm pretty stoked. Love this team

My cat stayed there for 10 days and came home so thin and weak she had to be put down 4 days after she came home. I made sure the staff knew she was an older cat and even provided them with extra food & treats I knew she liked. The worst thing was that they must have seen how thin and weak she was getting but didn't bother to try and help her or get their vet to check her. Please don't leave your cat in their cattery if you love your pet because they don't and won't do anything if they get sick while in their care. I hope they have the decency to close down the cattery before they kill more much-loved pets.
