Thought Ravi was great at the beginning but he didn't show for a meeting a few weeks ago. He apologised and said it would never happen again. Today it happened again. We confirmed via calendar both times and I get a reminder and alert that the meeting is coming up so he must get the same yet both appointments were missed .
