        I had a fabulous sugar free, dairy free chocolate made by Catherine. The cake was beautifully presented and delicious (taste wise, you would never know the difference between this cake and a cake containing sugar) and best of all, there was no sugar "hangover" after eating it. Thank you!

        Catherine is a superstar! Fast responses to messages and emails and always so friendly. Everything I've purchased from LKB has exceeded my expectations. The loaves are out of this world (I don't even miss wheat, high carb bread anymore) and are packed full of flavour and beautifully presented. The sweet treats are incredible!

Even non keto eaters love Catherines slices. Ive tried slices from most bakers in NZ and LKB taste the best/have the most realistic textures. Catherine ( the owner ) is also the most lovely person and we are so proud to be able to sell and support her and her business! LKB ALWAYS
