        I rang to organise an appointment for my child and was met with an incredibly rude receptionist spoke over the top of me didnt let me explain our situation and immediately wanted an argument. So concerning this person is allowed to greet and speak to patients over the phone in this manner. Why is there no feedback and complaint area on website? The centre has not been updating our manage my health records.

        I went there this morning as I hd a heart attack 2weeks ago ang my cardiologist asked me to get a GP near by to be able to monitor my condition. The receptionist was just horrible! She was rude! I had to leave and find somewhere elso to go than have another heart attack because of her. Terrible experience! I

        This place is useless you can never get a appointment when you actually need one it always you have to wait a few days or as I was told today u have to wait a week I don't know how they are still operating
