I met with Terry nearly two years ago to see if buying my first home was feasible. He was extremely professional working through with my what I could afford and worked with my throughout the mortgage process from getting a valuation on my off-plan townhouse at the initial stages to sticking with me until settlement nearby two years later which needed a quick turn around. His advice was essential to me buying my first home as he knew exactly what I needed to do, what bank would be best for my individual situation and what I needed to do to get there. A pure delight to work with. He is an advisor in all respects and works more like a partner ensuring that your interests are in the forefront and addressed to our satisfaction. When we got our mortgage, it was at a most difficult time with multiple restrictions put in place by RBNZ for lending and we still managed to overcome, which left us with a great feeling of achievement. Looking at the brighter side, the experience left us in good stead with a tightening of our expenses, which we otherwise wouldn't have bothered to check.
