I found Brent to be a welcome breath of fresh air, because not only is he a professional, straight-up & really decent chap, I sense he has his clients' best interest in mind. E.g he tells me what I need to know - so I can make informed buying and selling decisions. Plus he's easy to deal with because, he does not take himself too seriously.
