Tim and his plumbing team worked on our house due to a leak in the ground. We found Tim and his team went beyond our expectations while working on our problem. Tim did 2 personal site visits to explain the processes and reassured us about the issue. Les the drain layer kept us up to date over the whole 3 day job. Thanks to John Kaminski and team for their renovation on my parents' bathroom. John was fantastic to work with, he was very patient and understanding with my parents who can be a bit trying at times. He came up with a design and was accommodating of their needs. I really liked how we were regularly updated with progress every step of the way, it made a huge difference being told if something was going to be a bit late or arrive earlier.
