First order. Packaging was fine.. was missing a sculpture gel and emailed the sales team twice to which i got no reply. Rang the company to which they said they sent it the day before and i should receive a tracking email which i didnt so they said they would send a manual tracking email which they also didnt do!!! Im giving them a few more business days to see if they sent it without tracking otherwise I will be making a complaint about it. Also with goods i did receive the quality of some were very poor. I ordered 2 shining buffers and both of them had dirt marks on them.. The Sable brush was packed in what looked like a reused plastic tube with the barcode scratched off.. i SPENT $70 on that brush i expect everything it comes with TO BE NEW!! Very disappointed. With products so expensive they need to take care in how they send them to customers otherwise they get very angry ones such as myself that have no problem in letting everyone else know about it.
