Thank you Sophie for such a fabulous time. Highly recommend for all ages. It is something very different than any other thing to do here on the south island. Sophie, Pearl and the two horses take you on a 2.5 hour wagon ride on an unspoiled beach learning about the area and the early pioneers. You hop off for a bit to see if you are lucky enough to find any of the green stone found in this area and then you make some damp bread just as the pioneers did by a campfire in the sand accompanied by jam and coffee ot tea before heading back.

Don't miss out this must-do fun! This horse wagon riding on beach is simply the best activity for families near Greymouth on West Coast of NZ! We had a better-than-expected perfect afternoon beach riding with Sophie in her horse wagon. The powerful horse, Duke, can run fast with a wagon loaded 5 people! Sophie provided very informative knowledge and humurous stories about the area and its history, made the riding even more fascinating. We made damper bread on the beach over an open fire and had a lovely cup of tea. We did jade hunting on the beach. We enjoyed interacting with Sophie's friendly beautiful horses and her lovely dog Pearl. The experience was so unique and happy, and we really loved it. Thank you, Sophie!

(Translated by Google) Very value-for-money trip, it is very safe to ride in the carriage, and both men, women and children can have fun. Shopie took us on a little field path first, telling the local history in very simple English so that we could know more about the town, and then took us on a walk on the beach, and free activities in the gravel beach for about half an hour, There are a lot of beautiful stones on this beach, and you can even pick up beautiful jade stones. Just when we thought the trip was coming to an end, Shopie also arranged an afternoon tea trip with picnic bread. It's really cool to eat bread on a fire! Highly recommend this itinerary, totally worth the money! Ps. I also taught Shopie to say "too full", I hope she can use it next time she brings guests to Taiwan XD (Original)ShopieShopiePs.
