        Customer service Mitre10. An example how it isn't working to order 1 ltr Resene paint. 25 March we bought 1 ltr Resene. 26 March we popped in for an another ltr. "Sorry we haven't anymore and have to order it". 29 March we asked, another person, is the paint on the way? Which paint? I will make an another order was his reaction. It will take a few weeks was the reaction. Today 13 April the paint has still Not arrived. Problems are the ferries was the reaction... Time for Mitre10 to cooperate with stores in the neighborhood. Greymouth and Nelson as example. Advice to the CEO of Mitre10 is don't make videos which Mitre10 can't follow up!! Westport is at the end of the line!! Reaction from a friend... Updating: Phone call from Mitre10, 18/04, your paint arrived at the store.... 24 days in total I have given Mitre10 5 stars for a long time but not at this stage!! Regards
