        I had a fake leather jacket to have sleeves taken up not a straight forward job with zips etc in the shop for 10 weeks. Went in several times to see how it was going as was told could be 6 weeks. I said I needed it by the 15th July. Was told you will have it way before that. Checked in last week and said I would pick up Wednesday. Partner went in and still not done. There was no apologies the worst service I have ever experienced. Very disappointed.
