I received very bad service and treatment, I made an appointment for today 02/18/23 in which I paid in advance for the wheels after having traveled for three hours, I arrived 10 minutes before 11 am, which was my turn, and the employee that he was speaking in a disrespectful way, aggressive bad treatment, that it was not his problem that we had a turn and that we paid in advance, we were very respectful and showed the schedule and he aggressively closed the door in our faces and did not attend us, really reprehensible his horrible attitudeWe asked him to speak to the manager, and he answered again aggressively and violently, a really very ugly experience. I will not be a customer again and I will not recommend the place, I called the manager, they did not answer, I am really bad at wasting my time receiving terrible treatment and also to have paid for a service that I did not receive Bridgestone greymouth I recommend that you hire staff trained in personal service and anger management for your employee. I have a bad look of your service.
