Great service, lovely staff.

Better then average bank but the staff in the Greymouth branch are great.

Friendly and fast service with a great smile. Banking as it should be.

Without the fantastic help from the staff,manager I probably wouldn't of be able to purchase my own home, thank you kiwibank for helping me fulfill my dream.

Absolutely have no idea what they are doing... so much so we've decided to move our mortgage to kiwibank.

This bank is not helpful, basically said I could not open savings account with them. Will be stuffing my mattress instead.! Bad experience with teller when I walked in.
