Clean,modern and well-appointed! Comfortable bed too! Kitchenette was nice for snacks & evening drinks before dinner. Easy checkin and communication. Staff friendly and helpful. Laundry onsite was nice. Walk to everything - we did not have a car while in Franz Josef! Really enjoyed our stay and the glacier view trails - even in the rain!
