        $5 to wash a small load that didn't smell like it had been cleaned at all. Unable to add own washing detergent. $5 for a 20 minute dry and clothes came out wet. Had to put them back in for another 40 minutes ($10) and clothes were still damp. Waste of $20.

        Great machines, fast, modern & efficient & kind on the clothing. Only issue was the clothes didnt smell of any cleaning product afterwards. I feel like the washing liquid may have run out but there is no way of checking. Prefer to be able to add the wash liquid or powder ourselves to be sure. Wondering can we add our own product if we use them again?
