        What is essentially a nice cafe, spoilt by customer service. I had today what I considered the worst almond croissant served to me, lacking any filling, like eating dry plain bread. I was told by a staff member that they'd had lots of compliment for the croissants, the problem with this answer is those people had not tried my croissant! As a previous restaurant owner, the answer should always be, I'm sorry, can we offer you something else or would you like a refund. They are more likely to return.
