Car broke down on Saturday 22 April as started motor had stopped working. 7 working days later and 5 calls chasing them up later it if finally fixed (fixed on 3 May). Was told it would take 45 min to swap out starter motor (it was easily accessible) and was charged 2 hours labour. In that time the wrong started motor was ordered as they wrote my rego down wrongly (so a further delay). No sorry no nothing by sass from the front counter. Expensive, I had to chase them up the whole time and rude.
