I cannot praise these people enough. My boyfriend and I had a quite serious issue with our van while road tripping the West Coast, and these guys got us sorted in such an efficient way that it is hard to describe. Aside from the great cost-benefit, for real. Keep up the good job!!!

I cannot recommend them enough if you need any Toyota car repair! My wife and I had rented a Campervan and unfortunately had the driver side windshield wiper stop working during a rain storm. We werent actually supposed to stop in Greymouth at all, but had no choice. We went to a repair shop first and they said the only chance we had was at the Toyota shop to get the parts we needed. When we arrived the staff was super courteous and did all they could to help us out. They overbighted the replacement windshield wiper motor/lever arm and installed it first thing the next day. They actually rearranged some of their appointments to squeeze us in, since we had to stay an extra night there and missed some of our other holiday plans. They were prompt, efficient, and even coordinated everything with our rental company. The staff was super nice and considerate and really went above and beyond to help us get back to our vacation plans as soon as they possibly could. Definitely the best auto repair experience Ive ever had. There prices were very reasonable too.
