        I took my watch into Greymouth Showcase Jewellers recently in Greymouth for repairs.Fortunately it was a minor problem with the watch and they didn't charge me.I was so happy with the prompt efficient service.I also purchased a silver slave bracelet from the store today which I've had on lay buy.The staff members Justine, Jacine and Kasha who served me were really courteous and most helpful to me.Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this Jewellery store ,to anyone looking for top quality jewellery in Greymouth. Andrew :)

        What a wonderful shop!! We were visiting New Zealand and stopped in Greymouth for a couple of hours. Sadly, the shop was closed that day. We returned home to Texas and emailed the shop about the pretties we had found in their window. Justine, the owner, was kind enough to help with our purchasing the pretties online and then shipping them overseas to us! My Mom and I received our beautiful new Fantail pendants and necklaces in the post this weekend. Thank you, Justine and Greymouth Jewelers! Sweet service and beautiful jewelry offerings.

        Absolutely fantastic service! Would definitely be repurchasing again. Lost my favourite pearls in the water when out on the boat. Was able to be replaced very quickly.
