The owner Scott is amazing. We have called a few days prior to our trip to Greymouth to hire eBikes so we can ride to Hokitika. We didn't know the area at all so Scott suggested we take the Wilderness Trail. Since we told him we will arrive around 1pm, he offered to take us to Kumara to start from there. When we arrived, Scott made sure we have everything we needed for the trip, helmets, locks for the bikes, and waterproof bags. Amazing customer service. His prices are very competitive compared to others in the area. The bikes worked great, and we had an amazing time. Wife and I highly recommend Colls Sportsworld for all your bike needs.

Scott the owner was fabulous! He overheard our conversation while searching Google maps to our accommodation and he offered to transport us himself!! Definitely if we were requiring to hire his bikes we would as his kindness was so appreciated. Thank you Scott for your assistance.
