        My husband & I were abandoned by our camper car hire company (Jucy) in Greymouth, when our car broke down while passing through the town, and the wonderful lady at your information centre helped us book a bus to Christchurch. She was extremely professional, helpful and pleasant and we would like to say a BIG Thank you to her (Im sorry, but because of our confusion at the time we cannot remember her name). We will never forget your kindness in our time of need.

        Immediately after getting off the Tranz Alpine train, Kelly at the i-Site visitor desk helped us book a full day tour with Explore West Coast for the next day. We didnt have cellular service so she called and confirmed availability and sent emails to us confirming the details. When we were checking in for the train ride back Kelly even remembered our name from several days earlier. This was a great help and highly recommend stopping in to have a chat at the desk. Friendly, helpful and welcoming people
