For a multi-international company, with hi-tech systems. They are pretty useless, had to chase them up every step of the way. Even when you talked to someone, what they said just didn't happen, even with the branch manager.

I don't usually give any store a bad review, but I was very disappointed with the dishonest and terrible service here and I don't want anyone to feel the same way I did. Even though they have admitted their fault and agreed to a refund, there has been no refund. No matter how many times I contact them, they do not refund and ignore me. They also damaged important parts of the cargo, but they don't offer a warranty. Very unreliable. Got an online quote, tried to accept quote but no answer to emails or phone calls. Its like they dont want business. Dont waste your time

Horrific. Why create a website advertising crating and freighting if you don't actually do either? Never respond to quotes, doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return phone calls, promised a quote and then never got back to us, leaving us high and dry
