If I could give 0 stars I would. Wrong product came when I ordered something specifically custom made. She refused to refund me and saying its laughable. So unprofessional, expensive for the quality. Hair is falling apart after a week. Going through the the disputes tribunal as she wont reply Edit: I dont want a refund because of a changed mind. I want a refund because its simply not what I ordered. Its layered and supposed to be all one length. Clumps of hair missing. Wrong size cap. I dont know how you arent getting that. What you are doing is illegal under the consumers guarantees act and the fair trading act. I was not happy. I explicitly texted you and said I was not happy but since I have to wear wigs for health reasons I was desperate. Refund is in place for misleading, not fit for purpose and wrong things ordered. Please dont run a business if you dont know the consumer laws. Trying to work out how to post pictures on this review. You are confusing refund for misleading and wrong product received with a change of mind returns exchange, a quick google search will tell you that but I will see you in small claims court thanks lee

The BEST!! trust me when i say you have never felt a million dollars until you wear one of these beautys i have never looked back since purchasing, i cant thankyou enough and the customer service is more than you could ask for this has changed the game in more ways than you could think. Definitley recommend this beauty and her business

Amazing sercvice when ordering wigs from Lush Locks. The Wig was purchased for a special occasion as has come out numerous times since. Great quality and service.
