Right from start to finish, the people have been excellent to deal with. The work looks great can't complain about anything. Retro done, am very impressed with Steve's work and informative manner, extremely knowledgeable friendly and just overall great to deal with. I highly recommend Design Windows. I had contacted design windows to provide a replacement window, all contact with design windows staff were friendly and prompt, the window arrived in the time frame given and is exactly as ordered. I highly recommend design windows and will use the company again if I need any other windows.
