Came in for a hot shower (included in my vehicle transport) after finishing the OGR today. The facility is beautiful (amazing shower) and TWO of the employees were very pleasant, however the third (an older, gray-haired woman) was so unpleasant as to make me wish I never came in. My wife and I were made to feel like we were bothering her by even asking for a towel. Id MAYBE understand if we were random vagabonds walking in from the street asking for something for free, but the shower is a service offered to us by a local company that they work with. Even after buying 4 beers and 2 pies, we were still meant to feel unwelcome, so we left. As a fellow hospitality worker, Id recommend they either reconsider offering the service (if it is an inconvenience to the workers) or to hire/retain only workers that actually want to be there. I cant think of any other way to say this.
