        Ilan was extremely rude. A simple question on website chat bot allowed him to call me through his website which was weird but I answered. He then went on to be extremely vague and disrespectful to me even blamed me for calling him. I said this whole conversation was unprofessional and he went on a tangent about how successful he is. I then hung up. I am dumbfounded how someone can act so rude on a phone let alone as the face of the business. C'mon man you represent the business and you let it down big time. I am someone who knows zero about zoho and wanted to find some simple answers. Bro needs to learn some simple social skills ASAP
