        I bought a black knit top and it is pilling a lot, the salesperson just rolled it careless before I paid. She didnt let me feel like she has any positive attitude of customer service. Shes very rush to finishing the service (the payment) and said it happens like this but just an on sale item okay...I dont know what she means by this.... probably shes in a bad mood.

        Yesterday I made phone call about an item to this shop over 10 times, the line was always busy. When I arrived at the shop, I told the staff that the line was always busy, she didnt even bother to check the phone, didnt say sorry. Her attitude made me feel so uncomfortable. What a waste of time and petrol!
