Tosca and Salome

Me and my friend entered the Newmarket store today and was greeted and served by a lovely lady with gorgeous red hair. The store and the products are absolutely fabulous and I will be returning very soon!

Do not buy from Tosca and Salome if you may need to return items. Today I was called by the manager and accused of 'fraud'. I returned a dress in January for a store credit (with tags on, unworn, in original tissue paper), subsequently, I brought the same dress in a larger size from another stockist. On Feb 12th, I brought another dress from Spells new collection and returned that dress (with tags on, unworn, in original tissue paper) for a credit due to it not fitting my body shape - if I was to size up it still would not fit me properly. I live in CHCH and therefore cannot go into the shop to try any sizes on. I received a call today when they received my second return saying that they had looked me up on Facebook and had seen in my profile picture, me wearing the same dress that I had first returned and immediately accused me of fraud, sought legal advice, and banned me from their shop - all without asking me for an explanation. I have since sent the receipt of the dress I brought from the other stockist to prove I, in fact, did not wear this dress and return it fraudulently. They think that x2 returns of $300 dresses is "so many returns" and therefore that person should be investigated for fraud. After sending me a mediocre email apology, they will still not give me credit, and are sending back my return. Do not shop here if you are unsure about Spell sizing/making an expensive purchase, you will be disappointed at their customer service.
