Beach Insurance

Lance has looked after our insurance needs for more than ten years now and he is fantastic. He makes things easy to understand, is very responsive and helpful and never does the hard sell. Hes helped us with several claims which have always paid out and every now and then rings to tell us about a change we could make to save money on premiums or get more benefits.

I highly recommend Beach Insurance. Lance is an absolute professional and an all-round excellent human being. He is really attentive to all the detail, and so personable, patient and professional. He explains things really thoroughly and you always feel he has your back on stuff that is hard or tricky. I really cannot recommend Beach Insurance highly enough.

Lance is an excellent advisor! He is so well informed in all aspects of insurance as well as the NZ public systems and laws. We used Lance for both our medical and life insurance. He is very easy to talk to, like chatting with an old friend. He doesn't pressure you at all.

I have worked with a few insurance brokers and none have been as attentive or on to it as Lance and Leigh at Beach Insurance. I always feel like I am being kept top of mind, not like my previous brokers where I felt it was just a yearly check in to see if anything has changed. Beach insurance always looks out for what changes there are in the insurance market and how that can best suit you as their clients. It's taken a lot of the time investigating and reviewing off my shoulders and made it easy. I don't have to think about it. I also really appreciate that when I have a claim, they double check all the details to make sure I am claiming correctly and getting the right responses and all that I am entitled to. Awesome team.
