If you wanted to give yourself the best present go to Pilates. If you want it to be best present EVER go to Pilates Unlimited in Takapuna. I have been going to Ray now several years and I no longer need physio for all the bits of me I thought I had trashed through my youth as a competitive skier. I feel stronger than I ever have and more in control of my body, breath, and concentration. All the instructors are qualified to the highest standard here and turn this form of exercise into both a science and an art form. I only wished I had discovered ( and had the mindset to do it) earlier. My earlier sporting life would have benefitted from it too, but Im just so happy that Ive found it now. Thank you Team Unlimited! I wholeheartedly recommend you. :)

I have been seeing Ray for many months now who is an amazing instructor. I was struggling with severe back and neck pain but now my body feels great. Ray is very knowledgeable and always pushes me to challenge myself in a fun, safe way. Instructors also take good care of equipment hygiene and infection control. I highly recommend Pilates Unlimited Takapuna.

I have been a client of Pilates Unlimited for a number of years. The staff are very well trained professionals. The studio is a warm, welcoming and friendly place to work out in. Highly recommended.

I had a lower back jam and the awesome crew help to be back in shape, very knowledgeable and uses traditional pilates for the best results.
